Scorecard Tools

What are community Scorecards?

Community scorecards are a participatory tool to engage with the community for assessment, planning, monitoring and evaluation of services.

During routine community forums, service users are invited to rate the local health facilities’ quality of care. Actions are then monitored to improve the quality of service and facilities. The data created by community discussion and ranking can be aggregated and feed into DHIS2 to input into resource and budgeting decisions
